No. A paragraph about the problem is more useful than a spec. Shaping the scope is part of the work, and we do it with you.
Priced by scope, not by the hour, and quoted as one fixed number before anything starts. Most builds run two to twelve weeks.
Happily. Send yours with the first message, or ask for ours. You do not have to describe anything sensitive until it is signed.
