Northwind came to us with an app that worked but no longer grew. Daily active users were sliding, the App Store rating had stalled in the low fours, and the team couldn't ship quickly against a tangled, years-old codebase.

We started with a two-week audit: sitting with real users, mapping every screen, and pulling the codebase apart to see what was holding the team back.
From there we rebuilt the core flows around a single idea — open, see what matters, act in one tap. Design and engineering worked as one, so the prototype and the production app never drifted apart.
The result is an app that opens to a clear picture of your money, makes the next action obvious, and stays out of the way the rest of the time.
The outcome.
Twelve weeks after relaunch, daily active users had doubled and the rating climbed to 4.8 — and the team was shipping new features on their own again.
